Carole Singleton has more than 20 years of experience with insurance and employee benefits. As Director of Operations and Finance she is responsible for the accounting and fiscal well-being of The Enterprise Team, as well as maintaining the corporate licensing and appointment needs with each carrier. Carole also handles employee benefit administration for some of our large group clients. Her personal attention to the desires of our clients is greatly appreciated by them.
Maria Olandez has an Associate Degree in the Arts and is a licensed life and health agent. She specializes in the day-to-day management of employee benefits for small groups. Maria strives to educate on the importance of insurance and provide the best customer service to her clients.
Terry Singleton has more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits consulting and has consulted for some of the largest and smallest business in the US. Terry is the CEO and Managing Partner of The Enterprise Team. He is also an equity partner in United Benefit Advisor, the 10th largest employee benefit advisory organization in the world. Terry is the founder of United Benefit Advisors of Florida, LLC and he holds active health, life, annuities and general lines licenses in Florida, and many other states.
Lynne Mahn is a licensed Life and Health agent and has 15 years of industry experience. She specializes in large group account management and her strong belief in integrity shines through as she provides the best customer service while building and retaining strong, trusting relationships with the clients of TET.
Isaac Ebury is a US Army Veteran and has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Stetson University. He has years of experience in operations management and small-team leadership from his time in the US Army and has served in multiple leadership roles in other organizations. As a strategic solutions provider, Isaac specializes in connecting groups of all sizes to The Enterprise Team’s range of innovative and strategic employee benefits management solutions.
Tonya Brown has her bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a licensed life and health agent. She has been an Account Manager for 15 years and is the day-to-day contact for your employee benefit program. She focuses on putting people first and is known for her consistent, and quality client support.
Sheri Smith is a licensed health and life agent with experience as an Account Manager for The Enterprise Team for the past 11 years. Her strengths lie in employee benefit administration, specifically small group account management. Sheri is responsive and advocates for her clients with the insurance company.
Alicia Sanders has her Bachelor of Science degree and is a licensed life and health agent. As Chief of Staff she is charged with the overall management of the office and preserves the efficiency of the office environment. With multiple responsibilities, she plays a key role in our Operations, Account Management, and Sales teams, leading or assisting with communications, IT, vendor management, event planning, and executive administration. In addition to managing office operations, she assists with client enrollments, advocacy needs, and inquiries.
